Dr. Homer C. Adams has been helping patients since 1972 when he started his first private practice in Iowa. In 1978, Dr. Adams moved he and his family to Plano, Texas where he established what is now Adams Health Center. With all that Dr. Adams has accomplished in his career he is most proud of being an accomplished grandfather to his five grandchildren.
Dr Homer Adams, II, followed in the footsteps of his father after graduating from Parker College of Chiropractic in September of 2001. Dr. Adams, II also has a Bachelors of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M. Dr. Adams, II is currently working on the transition of Adams Chiropractic Health Center to Adams Health Center, a multi-specialty health practice covering such areas as Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Family Medical Care and wellness. Dr. Adams, II and his wife have five children and reside in Plano, Texas.
Leisa has been a massage therapist since 2003, she was an Adams Chiropractic client for several years before joining the team in June 2011. She specializes in therapeutic bodywork with a sports massage influence, creating a unique blend of deep tissue massage and therapeutic stretching. Known for work with athletes to improve sports performance and reduce the risk of injury, as well as helping to improve chronic issues or injuries to the neck/shoulders and low back/hips caused by accidents, occupation or lifestyle. Leisa has experience treating whiplash, migraines, frozen shoulder, nerve pain, low back pain, tightness and stiffness in the hips and knees, poor posture, and overall limited flexibility.
