If this is your first time with us let us start by saying welcome!
Your first visit with us will take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours depending on the severity of your situation. To help things go a little faster download the New Patient paperwork and fax it to us or bring it with you to your first appointment.
REMINDER! Don't forget your drivers license and insurance card.
After all the paperwork is done you will be escorted to the exam room by one of our patient services representatives.
A formal exam will be given and the Doctor will start his evaluation to diagnose the issue. At this time the Doctor may also choose to take x-rays to better understand the problem at hand. This is your oportunity to talk one on one with the doctor about any issues that you are having with regard to your pain and your care.
Once the evaluation is completed the Doctor will give you a plan of action on how he intends to go about correcting the problem.
Now its time to put the plan of action into motion. You will then work with a patient services representative to get the treatment times scheduled and work through any last minute insurance and billing questions.
